Reporting an on-the-job injury:

Supervisors/managers should complete the First Report of Injury corresponding to the state in which the employee is based. Fax completed packets to Atlantic Southeast Airlines Workers’ Compensation at 404-856-1206.

After completing the First Report of Injury, report the claim using ClaimCapture. Supervisors/managers needing a ClaimCapture user ID and password should contactasa.workerscomp@flyasa.com.

Employees should never report their own injuries to Workers’ Compensation. Always report your injury to your supervisor/manager.
