● Normal order of business.
● Reminder: Per ARTICLE VIII, SECTION 1.a of our Local Lodge 2339N Bylaws – during the month of April and prior to May 1 of each year, the membership will be advised by the Recording Secretary on the bulletin board, of the possibility of amendments, changes, additions and/or deleterious to these bylaws. All proposals must be in writing, signed by not less than five (5) members, and referred to a Bylaws Committee appointed by the President. Each proposal shall be on a separate sheet of standard size paper.
● Per ARTICLE VIII, SECTION 1.b Must be read as proposed at two (2) consecutive meetings, immediately following the second reading, the Bylaws Committee shall submit their recommendations.
● Vote for recommended ByLaw changes.
● Motion to pay Trish Clarke for WIX yearly membership fee to keep domain name.
● Motion to send 7 elected delegates to the District 142 Biennial Convention August 26 – August 29, 2019, in Pittsburgh, PA.
● Motion to pay Lost Time, Per Diem, and Transportation to / from PIT airport to hotel not to exceed $1800.00 per delegate for the District 142 Biennial Convention August 26- August 29, 2019, in Pittsburgh, PA.
● Motion to reimburse up to $175.00 per night for 4 nights for up to four (4) hotel rooms August 26- August 29, 2019, for the District 142 Biennial Convention.
● Motion for up to four (4) elected delegates to attend New Jersey State Council of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Conference in August 5-7, 2019.
● Motion to pay registration fee for up to four (4) elected delegates at $75.00 per delegate to attend the New Jersey State Council of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Conference
August 5-7, 2019, in Atlantic City, NJ.
● Motion to pay Lost Time, Per Diem and Transportation to/ from Airport to lodging facility not to exceed $1800.00 per delegate to attend the New Jersey State Council of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Conference August 5-7, 2019, in Atlantic City, NJ.
● Motion to reimburse up to $190.00 per night for two (2) nights for two (2) hotel rooms Caesar’s Atlantic City, NJ to attend the New Jersey State Council Conference of Machinists and Aerospace Workers in August 5-7, 2019.
● Motion to pay annual affiliation fee of $500.00 on behalf of LL 2339N to the New Jersey State Council of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.
● Motion to reimburse for one (1) hotel room not to exceed $110.00 per night for two (2) nights for Natalie Dawkins and Debby Tucker to attend Texas State Council of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Conference in Austin, TX, June 28 – June 30, 2019.
● Motion for organizing budget of $2500.00 per month for the months of June through September, 2019.
● Motion for ASAP Primary Debby Tucker for a cell phone.
● Motion for Local Lodge 2339N to purchase a “Memorial Brick” to be placed at Winpisinger Center in support of those IAM members who have passed not to exceed $125.00.
