CommutAir Negotiations Update

Sisters and Brothers:

Your IAM negotiations committee, which consists of CommutAir flight attendants and IAM representatives Lisa Ferm and Mark Diefenbach along with IAM General Chairperson Sara Gonzales, met with the Company to continue negotiations December 4-6, 2018 in Cleveland, OH.

We exchanged proposals on the following Sections:

Section 1 - Recognition & Scope Section 3 - General Section 6 - Training Section 16 - Investigations

Currently, the Company is reviewing our proposals on Sections 3, 6 and 16 and we are reviewing their proposal on Section 1. We were able to reach agreement on many issues covered in these Sections that will improve your quality of life. Understandably there is major concern regarding the Compensation and Scheduling Sections and they will be addressed, but it will be toward the end of negotiations.

We greatly value your feedback, so continue to engage your representatives regarding negotiations. We appreciate your unity and support!
