NEGOTIATIONS CANCELLATION

For more than 6 years, ExpressJet management has disrespected its Flight Attendants by treating our negotiations as lower priority than most other issues. They have done that again.

At the company’s request, NMB Mediator Jack Kane has cancelled negotiations for December 7 to 8, 2017. There is no excuse good enough to justify these delays any longer. We have advised Mediator Kane we are in disagreement with the cancellation and asked that the days lost be added to the next scheduled session for Dec 12 to 14 in Washington D.C.

We also advised both the NMB and the company that we are ready to meet anytime, with or without the presence of a Mediator. You deserve a contract and you deserve it NOW.

As we continue through this process, let us continue to stand together in unity. We will update you regarding our progress at the end of the session.
