Air Transport District Lodge 142 Referendum Vote December 2017 Proposed change to the District 142 Bylaws, approved at the District 142 Convention 2017 In accordance with Article XII, Section 1, 3, and 4 of the District Bylaws The balloting shall be held during a regular business meeting of the local lodge room where the regular meetings are held and upon no other day or place. There will be no absentee ballots per Article XII, Section 3.
