Normal order of business.

Amendments to LL2339N Bylaws. Article VIII, Section 1(a): Reading of any submitted Local

Lodge Bylaws Amendments/changes/additions/deletions to the current bylaws.

Motion to send Banetta Jones and Nadine King Moore to the Human Rights/ Women’s Basic

Program Conference on June 11-16 at the Winpisinger Center not to exceed $1,550.00 in Lost

Time, Per Diem, and mileage per member.

Motion to send up to eight (8) members to the 2017 District Lodge 142 Biennial Convention on

September 19-21, 2017 in New Orleans, LA not to exceed $1,900.00 in Lost Time, Per Diem, and

transportation per member.

Motion to pay hotel expenses for four (4) hotel rooms for the 2017 District Lodge 142 Biennial

Convention not to exceed $1,000 per room.

Vote on the Delegates (8 to attend plus 1 alternate) to attend the 2017 District Lodge 142 Biennial

Convention on September 19-21, 2017 in New Orleans, LA.

Motion to send up to six (6) members to the 2017 New Jersey State Council of Machinists on

August 7-8th in Atlantic City, NJ not to exceed $1,500.00 in Lost Time, Per Diem, and transportation/mileage per member.

Motion to pay hotel expenses for four (4) hotel rooms the 2017 New Jersey State Council of

Machinists not to exceed $500 per room.
