AGENDA

• Normal order of business.

• Amendments to LL2339N Bylaws. Article VIII, Section 1(a): During the month of April and

prior to May 1 of each year, the membership will be advised by the Recording Secretary on the

bulletin board, of the possibility of amendments, changes, additions and/or deletions to these

bylaws.

• Motion to send up to four (4) additional members to Winpisinger Center for 2017 Leadership

classes not to exceed $1,500 in Lost Time, Per Diem, and transportation per member.

• Motion to approve a monthly hotel committee budget up to $1,000/month for the months of

April, May and June for both ERJ and CRJ.

• Motion to approve an AIDS Walk NY budget for food and t-shirts not to exceed $1,000.

• Motion to pay Cori Horowitz for assigned Organizing training March 12-17, 2017 at the W3 not

to exceed $1,550 in Lost Time, Per Diem, and mileage.

• Motion to send Carli Meneses to assigned 2017 National Planning Committee Meeting May 11-

May 13, 2017 in Washington DC not to exceed $1,000 in Lost Time, Per Diem, and

transportation.

• Motion to pay hotel expenses for one (1) hotel room for the 2017 National Planning Committee

Meeting not to exceed $1,000.
