Motion to send up to four (4) additional members to Winpisinger Center for 2017 Leadership

classes not to exceed $1,500 in Lost Time, Per Diem, and transportation per member.

Motion to approve a monthly hotel committee budget up to $1,000/month for the months of

April, May and June for both ERJ and CRJ.

Motion to approve an AIDS Walk NY budget for food and t-shirts not to exceed $1,000.

Motion to send Cori Horowitz to assigned Organizing training March 12-17, 2017 at the W3 not

to exceed $1,550 in Lost Time, Per Diem, and mileage.

Motion to send Carli Meneses to assigned 2017 National Planning Committee Meeting May 11-May 13, 2017 in Washington DC not to exceed $1,000 in Lost Time, Per Diem, and transportation.

Motion to pay hotel expenses for one (1) hotel room for the 2017 National Planning Committee

Meeting not to exceed $1,000.
