Second reading of bylaw proposal to reduce monthly meeting quorum to conduct monthly

business meetings.

Motion to renew Constant Contact for 1 year, cost not to exceed $300.00.

Motion to cancel the July and August Union Business Meetings, per the IAMAW Constitution.

Motion to send up to four (4) members to the 2017 District 142 Ground Safety Training

Conference on August 28-31 at the Winpisinger Center cost not to exceed $1,400.00 in Lost

Time, Per Diem per member.

Motion to pay hotel expenses for four (4) hotel rooms for the 2017 Legislative Conference in

May cost not to exceed $7,000.

Motion to pay Ali Rhodes and Manny Rivero to attend the 2017 Political Training Conference

April 30-May 5, 2017 cost not to exceed $1,600.00 in Lost Time, Per Diem, and mileage per

member.

Motion to approve a Budget for Local Lodge BBQ in Atlanta not to exceed $700 for food and

supplies.

Motion to send Grievance Representatives to the 2017 Grievance Rep Training at the

Winpisinger Center cost not to exceed $1,100.00 in Lost Time, Per Diem, and mileage per

grievance member.

Motion to send up to four (4) members to the 2017 District 142 Flight Safety Conference on May

31-June 1, 2017 at the Winpisinger Center cost not to exceed $1,400.00 in Lost Time, Per Diem,

and mileage per member.
