Normal order of business.

Bylaw proposal to reduce monthly meeting quorum to five (5) members to conduct monthly

business meetings. BYLAW PROPOSAL READ.

Motion to pay Monica Pasillas Lost Time and Per Diem for attending the Train the Trainer

Spanish class on August 20-26th, 2016 not to exceed $1,300.00. APPROVED.

Motion to send up to four (4) members to Winpisinger Center for 2017 Leadership classes not to

exceed $1,500 in Lost Time, Per Diem, and transportation per member. APPROVED.

 Motion to send up to eight (8) members to the 2017 IAM Transportation Conference on April 8-

13th in Las Vegas, NV not to exceed $1,800.00 in Lost Time, Per Diem, and transportation per

member. APPROVED.

Motion to pay hotel expenses for four (4) hotel rooms for the 2017 IAM Transportation

Conference not to exceed $6,000. APPROVED.

Motion to approve sending up to six (6) members to the 2017 Legislative Conference in May not

to exceed $1,600.00 in Lost Time, Per Diem, and transportation per member. APPROVED.

Motion to pay up to five (5) members lost time in accordance with local lodge bylaws not to

exceed $200 per member for the January 21, 2017 Grand Lodge Offices’ Nomination

meeting. APPROVED.

Motion to pay up to five (5) members lost time in accordance with local lodge bylaws not to

exceed $200 per member for the February 11, 2017 Grand Lodge Offices’ Endorsement vote.
