CBA Violations

Brothers & Sisters, Your entire Grievance Committee is well aware of the many CBA violations that occurred last night and have been working around the clock on your behalf. It is completely unacceptable and we will not tolerate these rampant violations. While there was severe weather involved, that does not supersede our contractual protections. The Company needs to appropriately prepare for weather in order to avoid these issues. Please contact your Grievance Committee immediately if you experienced an extended wait for a hotel, illegal duty day, rest interruptions, or any other violations. In addition to grieving these violations, we plan to meet with Company leadership in order to address them on a systemwide basis but we do need you to contact your Grievance Representatives with details in order to appropriately address these issues. Thank you for standing together throughout these problems.
